Specific guidelines regarding our competitions, certificates, liability, and community standards. These policies are supplemental to our main Terms of Service.
At Savify, we champion financial discipline through gamification. However, to maintain transparency and ensure public relations safety, users must understand the specific scope and limitations of our ranking systems and digital accolades.
Savify rankings are generated exclusively via our proprietary AI-driven algorithms. These algorithms evaluate financial discipline based solely on the data input by the user (self-reported income, expenses, and savings goals). It is important to note:
Upon completing challenges, Savify issues digital certificates. These documents serve as a testament to your behavioral consistency and engagement with the platform. Specifically, certificates indicate:
Savify Certificates are for entertainment and motivational purposes only. They DO NOT certify financial expertise, professional qualifications (such as CPA, CFA, or CFP status), or financial superiority over non-participants. They should not be used as proof of creditworthiness for loan applications or professional employment.
We celebrate your wins, but only with your permission. Users may opt-in to public recognition features, such as the "Global Leaderboard" or "Weekly Winners" social media shout-outs.
Savify will strictly adhere to privacy standards. We will never publish your exact income figures, net worth, or specific transaction details. Public recognition is limited to your Username, Avatar, and Balance Score/Rank only.
Savify is a tool for self-improvement, not a financial institution. By using the platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following limitations regarding our liability:
Savify is not responsible for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred while using the app. This includes, but is not limited to, overdraft fees, missed bill payments, or poor investment choices made while attempting to improve your "Balance Score." The user assumes full responsibility for their real-world financial actions.
We are not liable for any emotional distress, anxiety, or social friction arising from competitive rankings, leaderboard positioning, or peer comparisons. Participation in the competitive aspects of Savify is entirely voluntary, and users may opt-out of leaderboards at any time via Settings.
Insights provided by the Savify AI are automated suggestions based on patterns. They do not constitute fiduciary advice. Decisions made based on app insights are made at the user’s own discretion and risk. Savify does not warrant that the insights will result in actual monetary savings.
Financial health is a journey best traveled with support. To ensure a safe, constructive, and motivating environment for all users, we have established strict community standards. Violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension.
Savify is a rapidly evolving platform. We may update these Additional Policies from time to time to reflect changes in our service features, community feedback, or regulatory requirements.
Notification: For material changes that affect your rights, we will attempt to notify you via the email address associated with your account or through a prominent in-app notification.
Acceptance: Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these policies periodically for changes.
We are dedicated to helping you navigate your financial discipline journey. If you encounter issues with competitions, certificates, or community interactions, please reach out to us.
Please note that response times may vary based on ticket volume and the severity of the issue. Inquiries regarding account security or billing will be prioritized over general feedback or feature requests. Abuse of the support system (e.g., spamming tickets) may result in support privileges being revoked.
