Our commitment to fair transactions. Please read the following policy regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations carefully.
At Savify, we strive to be transparent about our billing practices. As a platform offering digital services, analytics, and competition access, many of our offerings are non-tangible and irrevocable once consumed.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the specific circumstances under which refunds may be granted, how we handle payment errors, and the rules governing competition entry fees.
Note: By making a purchase on Savify, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
Participation in Savify competitions often requires a non-refundable entry fee. This fee contributes to the platform infrastructure, administrative costs, and prize pool allocation.
Once a competition has officially started (the "Start Date"), entry fees become strictly non-refundable. The service is considered "delivered" the moment you are granted access to the competition dashboard and the event tracking begins.
It is important to understand that the entry fee covers platform and competition access only. It guarantees you a spot in the challenge and access to the associated tracking tools.
The entry fee DOES NOT guarantee rewards, rankings, or prizes. Paying an entry fee is not a purchase of a prize; it is a purchase of the opportunity to compete. Dissatisfaction with your final rank is not valid grounds for a refund.
We understand that technical glitches happen. Savify has a structured process for handling accidental duplicate charges or failed transaction states.
If you discover that you have been charged multiple times for a single service or competition entry due to a technical error, please contact our support team immediately.
Verified refund cases are typically processed by our team within 24 hours. However, depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 5–7 working days for the funds to reflect in your account statement.
While rare, there may be instances where Savify must cancel a planned competition due to unforeseen technical issues, operational constraints, or insufficient participation.
If Savify cancels a competition before or during the event, users will be compensated. At Savify’s sole discretion, compensation will be provided via:
Savify provides analytics and insights based on the data provided by the user. The value of the service lies in the analysis and the competitive framework, not in a specific outcome.
Scores, insights, rankings, digital certificates, and "Balance Scores" are non-refundable digital goods.

The fee paid is for the use of the software and the opportunity to participate, regardless of the user's personal performance or satisfaction with their financial metrics.
